Fluke Networks SMC-9-FCAPC/FCAPC is a single-mode fiber optic launch cord designed for FC/APC to FC/APC connections. It features a 9 µm core with a total length of 160 meters (524.93 ft) and is intended for use with network testing devices requiring single-mode fiber connectivity.
The INNO Instrument FL-300-SC-APC is a 300 m Singlemode launch fiber reel designed for Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) testing. It provides a controlled fiber length between the OTDR and the link under test, enabling measurement of the first connector in a fiber span. The reel format protects the fiber during storage and field deployment.
The INNO Instrument 300-meter Fiber Optic Launch Reel is a singlemode reference fiber used with optical time domain reflectometers (OTDR) to eliminate near-end dead zones during fiber testing. The reel integrates singlemode fiber with SC/UPC connectors on both ends that enables accurate measurement of connector loss and reflectance.
Multimode launch cable 50μm SC/SC — Fluke Networks MMC-50-SCSC Launch Cable is a multimode SC/SC fiber optic cable used for high-speed network installation, inspection, and troubleshooting. The multimode fiber has a 50/125µm core/cladding diameter. Its length is 105 meters.
INNO Instrument OLL-500-652D-SC-APC OTDR launch fiber cable provides a 500 m singlemode buffer between an OTDR and the fiber under test. Using G.652D 9/125 µm fiber with SC/APC connectors on both ends, it supports near-end connector characterization and reveal events that may be obscured during OTDR trace acquisition.
The INNO Instrument FL-100-SC-APC Singlemode OTDR Launch Fiber Reel is a 100 m fiber launch cable designed for optical time domain reflectometer testing. It provides a controlled fiber segment that allows OTDR measurements to stabilize before the first connection in a fiber link.
The INNO Instrument OLL-1000-652D-SC-APC is a 1000 m single-mode OTDR launch fiber reel designed for dead-zone elimination in fiber optic testing. The assembly uses G.652D single-mode fiber and SC/APC connectors to support accurate reflectance and insertion-loss measurement when testing optical links with an OTDR.
UOI OptiTap Singlemode SC/APC 3M Black Test Jumper
Fluke Networks SRC9SCAPCLCAPC.3MM singlemode 0.3 m TRC protects OTDR ports with SC/APC to metal LC/APC connectors, delivering precise, reference-grade fiber testing.
An OTDR launch cable, which connects the OTDR to the link-under-test, discloses the insertion loss and reflectance of the near-end connection. It is often available on a small spool or within a “launch box”, which is used to create the proper conditions for testing another similar optical fiber for faults. This method avoids undesirable variations in loss and distance measurements. A launch fiber will help to overcome the blind spot or Dead Zone of an OTDR brought about by high launch power or faults near the launch end of the fiber.
