AEMC 2118.77 Kelvin Probes deliver 10A spring-loaded four-wire resistance testing with 10 ft leads for micro-ohmmeters using 4 mm safety terminals or 4–6 mm binding posts.
The AEMC 2118.77 Kelvin Probes are 10A spring-loaded Kelvin probe test leads for low-resistance measurement setups. The probes connect compatible micro-ohmmeters to conductors, terminals, components, bonds, armatures, and small transformers using four-wire Kelvin contact.
- Spring-loaded probe tips maintain contact pressure during low-resistance measurement.- Kelvin probe construction separates current and voltage contact paths to support four-wire resistance testing.- 10 ft leads provide reach between the micro-ohmmeter and the measurement point.- Safety guards help reduce hand movement toward the active measurement area.
- Current rating: 10A.- Lead length: 3.15 m / 10 ft.- Probe tip spacing: 3.5 mm for pistol-grip Kelvin probes.- Probe diameter: 2 mm.- Compatible with 4 mm safety terminals and 4 mm to 6 mm binding posts.
- Resistance measurements on armatures and small transformers.- Component measurement and electrical cable resistance measurement.- Mechanical bond tests, wire-to-terminal connections, aircraft bonds, and rail bonds.
