The TPP0250 is a Passive Voltage Probe designed for use with Tektronix MDO3000, MDO4000B, MSO/DPO4000B and MSO/DPO5000B-series oscilloscopes, these probes provide up to 1GHz of analog bandwidth with less than 3.9pF of capacitive loading.
