EXFO MAX-730C OTDR: Lightweight, rugged tester with 7-inch touchscreen, 12-hour battery, and 39 dB dynamic range. Perfect for field professionals needing precision.
Fluke Networks OFP-QUAD OptiFiber Pro OTDR: Maximize fiber testing efficiency with multi-wavelength support, fast results, and expert-grade precision for flawless network performance.
OptiTap Simplex Plug AdapterFMAE Series adapters are used for patch cord inspection. They attach to the Patch Cord Microscope on theSmartClass Fiber Series, as well as the Fva Benchtop Microscope. They can also be connected to any VIAVI probe microscope by using the BFP-UFMAE, together with an FBP-BAP1 adapter. FMAE Series adapters are all female threaded.
An OTDR launch cable, which connects the OTDR to the link-under-test, discloses the insertion loss and reflectance of the near-end connection. It is often available on a small spool or within a “launch box”, which is used to create the proper conditions for testing another similar optical fiber for faults. This method avoids undesirable variations in loss and distance measurements. A launch fiber will help to overcome the blind spot or Dead Zone of an OTDR brought about by high launch power or faults near the launch end of the fiber.
Cast patch cord RJ45-RJ45 CAT category 6. It is made of a red U/UTP cable in a LSZH shell. Designed for switching network equipment.
Fluke Networks MMC-62-SCSC Launch Cable is a multimode SC/SC fiber optic cable, is used for high-speed networks installation, inspection and troubleshooting. An OTDR requires launch cables or fiber rings to measure the end-to-end loss of fiber optic links. The multimode fiber has a 62.5/125µm core/cladding diameter.Length is 105 meters.
The DSX-CHA003 coaxial adapters are used in conjunction with the DSX CableAnalyzer to certify coaxial cabling for network and video applications. It supports testing of 50 ohm, 75 ohm, and 93-ohm coaxial cable and its Length-Scaled test limits which automatically adjusts the Insertion Lost limit across the specified frequency range.
The new digiPHONE+2. A combination of different methods for efficient noise damping enables perfect acoustics that lets you hear only the fault noise.
Multimode launch cable 50μm SC/SC. Fluke Networks MMC-50-SCSC Launch Cable is a multimode SC/SC fiber optic cable which is used for high-speed networks installation, inspection and troubleshooting. The multimode fiber has a 50/125µm core/cladding diameter. Length is 105 meters.
