Launch Box
OptiTap Simplex Plug AdapterFMAE Series adapters are used for patch cord inspection. They attach to the Patch Cord Microscope on theSmartClass Fiber Series, as well as the Fva Benchtop Microscope. They can also be connected to any VIAVI probe microscope by using the BFP-UFMAE, together with an FBP-BAP1 adapter. FMAE Series adapters are all female threaded.
The Fujikura 70S+ is the world’s fastest and most robust core alignment fusion splicer. A user-programmable, automated wind protector expedites the splicing process by automatically closing to initiate the splicing process and opening upon splice completion. Fully programmable “auto open sheath clamps” open one or both sheath clamps, after the tensile test, to prepare the fiber for removal. A new automated “clamshell design” tube heater applies heat to both sides of the splice protection sleeve resulting in a 13-second shrink time. The result is a total splice process time of approximately 21 seconds! Ruggedness and durability are greatly enhanced by a mirrorless optical system and a """"severe-impact resistant"""" monitor. Battery capacity is now 200 splices/shrinks.
Singlemode and Multimode testing Built-in universal 2.5 mm tip sleeve PON, Telecom, CATV, and LAN/WAN applications Dual wavelength laser source and power meter options High accuracy and wide dynamic range Save OPM measurements (>100 single results) Transfer stored results to a PC or upload results to Fiberizer Cloud via micro USB interface for report generation and printing Reference power level setup and recall Splash-resistant keypad and chassis design High-contrast display - Visible outdoors and backlight for indoor or low-light conditions Alkaline or Rechargeable battery option with Auto power off Field-interchangeable optical adapters support multiple connector types and allow easy access for cleaning
The DTX-MFM2 fiber module are used with a DTX Series Cable Analyzer to test and certify fiber optic cabling installations.
Laser output is class 3A (around 3~5 mW) Maximum operation distance is 8 km Simple, versatile, and user-friendly design Rugged, compact, and splash proof copper housing Continuous wave output mode for steady fault illumination Pulse mode locates faults under high ambient light Support 2.5mm connectors (for PC/FC/SC/ST) The button switch permits easy one handed operation Handy, pocket pen design 50 hours of continuous operation Requires 2 AAA batteries (not provided)
The Fujikura 12S incorporates features typically found only in more expensive models. The large 4.5" monitor provides a crystal clear image, even in the brightest sunlight, for evaluating splice quality. The electrode life has been extended to 3,000 splices, minimizing downtime for replacement and stabilization. Software updates are accomplished via the internet allowing users to quickly update their software as new splice programs become available. The fully ruggedized chassis provides for shock, dust and moisture protection while the two camera observation system provides for accurate fiber alignment and loss estimation calculations. The Fujikura 12S is also fully compatible with the FuseConnect line of fusion installable connectors.
An OTDR launch cable, which connects the OTDR to the link-under-test, discloses the insertion loss and reflectance of the near-end connection. It is often available on a small spool or within a “launch box”, which is used to create the proper conditions for testing another similar optical fiber for faults. This method avoids undesirable variations in loss and distance measurements. A launch fiber will help to overcome the blind spot or Dead Zone of an OTDR brought about by high launch power or faults near the launch end of the fiber.
The INNO Instrument V7+ Fiber Cleaver supports single fiber 160µm–900µm, 2–3mm, and drop cable, plus ribbon fiber up to 12 cores. It features 2-step operation, blade pushback reclaim function, <0.5° typical cleave angle, and an integrated automatic shard collector.
Product Overview
VIEW5 PRO’s 5-inch high-resolution color LCD touch screen with user-friendly intuitive GUI (Graphic User Interface) offers large and clear fiber images to users. By double-tapping the screen, users can Zoom In & Out the image to the world’s highest magnification of 520x. The fusion splicer is equipped with bua ilt-in IoT module that connects to the INNO’s View Pro Cloud Management System for real-time operation and management online. This innovative cloud-based solution is designed to create the most advanced and yet most uncomplicated splicing and work experiences ever.
The Fujikura 90S+ is a fusion splicer designed for high-speed, low-loss fiber optic splicing. It is an advanced tool that allows for quick, accurate and reliable splicing of single mode and multimode fibers.
This fiber inspection probe is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows. It supports automated multifiber connector inspection, making it easy to inspect multifiber MPO connectors in dense panels or recessed connectors. By combining unmatched ease of use with WiFi connectivity and the flexibility of Android™ and iOS smart devices, EXFO removes the last roadblocks in connector certification. Whether you’re dealing with FTTA or RRH applications where bulky equipment is impractical, the FIP-435B helps reduce the number of climbs required and streamlines work at challenging sites like tower tops.
Fluke Networks MMC-62-SCSC Launch Cable is a multimode SC/SC fiber optic cable, is used for high-speed networks installation, inspection and troubleshooting. An OTDR requires launch cables or fiber rings to measure the end-to-end loss of fiber optic links. The multimode fiber has a 62.5/125µm core/cladding diameter.Length is 105 meters.
Multimode launch cable 50μm SC/SC. Fluke Networks MMC-50-SCSC Launch Cable is a multimode SC/SC fiber optic cable which is used for high-speed networks installation, inspection and troubleshooting. The multimode fiber has a 50/125µm core/cladding diameter. Length is 105 meters.
