EVSE Functional Testing with the comemso Mini-Charger-Tester

The comemso Combined Mini-Charger-Tester HW Rev3.4 is a portable EVSE charging station tester for CCS and CHAdeMO service workflows. It simulates vehicle signals, communication protocols, and load circuits to verify charging station response after service, repair, or recommissioning. Touchscreen operation, real-time display results, and stored PDF reports support field testing without an external computer.

EV Simulation Through Communication and Load Circuit Behavior

  • Simulates DC-CCS and CHAdeMO vehicle behavior to verify charger response during EVSE functional testing.
  • Runs communication protocol and load circuit simulation to confirm charging sequence behavior.
  • Displays test progress and pass/fail results on the integrated touchscreen.
  • Stores PDF report output in the device after testing.

DC Charging Test Functions and Measurement Scope

  • Supports DC-CCS testing with DIN 70121 or ISO 15118 selectable through touchscreen configuration.
  • Supports CHAdeMO test standards 0.9.1, 1.0.0, 1.0.1, 1.1, and 1.2.
  • Measures voltage from 0 to 1000 V with 1 V display resolution.
  • Measures current from 0 to 7 A with 100 mA display resolution.
