The Sauermann Si-CA 030 KIT 3BH Combustion Gas Analyzer measures O₂, CO, and NO concentrations while calculating combustion efficiency, excess air, CO₂, and NOx values. Designed for combustion analysis and emissions monitoring with pressure, draft, temperature, and reporting capabilities.
The Sauermann Si-CA 030 KIT 3BH is a combustion gas analyzer configured with O₂, CO, and NO measurement capability. It performs flue gas analysis, pressure measurement, draft evaluation, and combustion calculations to support combustion system assessment. The platform is designed for boiler, engine, and combustion-related monitoring workflows.
• Electrochemical sensors detect O₂, CO, and NO concentrations directly within sampled flue gases• Integrated pressure sensing captures draft and differential pressure measurements during operation• Temperature inputs combine with gas measurements to calculate combustion performance parameters• Internal processing calculates combustion efficiency, excess air, CO₂ percentage, and NOx values• Automatic pump protection responds to elevated CO levels to protect measurement components
• O₂ measurement range from 0 to 25% using an electrochemical sensor• CO measurement range from 0 to 8000 ppm and NO measurement range from 0 to 5000 ppm• Calculated CO₂ measurement range from 0 to 99.9% and NOx calculation up to 7500 ppm• Draft and pressure measurement range from -200 to 200 mbar• Supports flue gas temperatures up to 2282°F (1250°C) with data logging, wireless connectivity, and report generation functions
• Boiler combustion analysis and efficiency verification• Engine exhaust and combustion emissions monitoring• Industrial combustion system testing and maintenance workflows
