Incremental feedback for industrial motion control

The Sick DFS60B-BDPA10000 is a high-resolution programmable incremental encoder for industrial motion control applications. It provides 10,000 pulses per revolution and is built for use in harsh environments where reliable position and speed feedback is required.

High-resolution signal output

- 10,000 pulses per revolution
- Programmable incremental encoder
- TTL/HTL signal output
- Output frequency up to 600 kHz
- Initialization time approximately 30–32 ms

Mechanical and electrical interface

The encoder uses a 10 mm blind hollow shaft and a radial M23 12-pin male connector. It operates on a 4.5 V to 32 V supply range and supports programmable output and zero pulse settings.
