The 170ADO53050 is a Discrete Solid State I/O Base used in Modicon Momentum automation platform modular in design. The communication adapters and processor adapters are designed to work as functional modules when they are snapped onto a Modicon Momentum I/O base. Terminal blocks and bus bars are available for use with the bases so that this base can be used to support 2, 3 and 4-wire field devices. I/O field devices and the power supply to the module are connected via three 18-pin terminal blocks and an optional 1, 2 or 3-row busbar. This I/O base supports the rest of the control system.
